Lamine Yamal has revealed his immense ambitions with Barcelona for the coming seasons.
According to Spanish newspaper *Mundo Deportivo*, the 18-year-old secured his third La Liga title with the first team at such a young age.
Speaking during the league celebrations, Yamal expressed his joy to Barcelona’s official channel: “It’s incredible. The fans are always with us in important moments and also in less important ones. This club is our life. We will always be here for them. We love them.”
The young forward stressed the importance of appreciating current achievements after the club’s difficult periods. “We have to value every title and every year we win, because it’s not easy. We went through very bad years, but now we are enjoying it a lot. You think it’s a Monday in Barcelona, people have jobs, but they are always here with us,” he said.
When asked about celebrating a Champions League title in the city streets, he replied: “Certainly yes, we will celebrate the Champions League with them.”
Yamal had previously stated after elimination against Atlético Madrid in the current season’s quarter-finals: “My parents taught me that a man’s word is never broken… and we will bring it (the trophy) to Barcelona.”
